About Us

Wit Institute was established in 2003 as an applied research laboratory to support the commercialization of basic research results in the field of information and computer science from Waseda University.

We have provided extensive support for both commercialization and entrepreneurship. In recent years, we have primarily been advancing applied AI research in collaboration with research institutes at various universities and companies.

By deeply understanding the internal mechanisms of AI, we aim to realize artificial intelligence that is safer, more efficient, and more human-centered. We bridge academic research and industrial applications to create technologies that contribute to society.
